In a rapid fire conference review and idea exchange, Tim facilitates a closing session designed to have every participant “Crank it up!” He shows participants how to implement his Power of One concept to produce winning results. Instead of the paltry promise of the Ginzu knife set, the bamboo steamer, and the Veg-a-matic as their “extra” prizes, your attendees get the powerful promise of learning, action, and Rich Results, the greatest prize of all. How it works: a team of 8-10 conference attendees are pre-selected to be the “eyes and ears” for the group. Between them, each breakout session or event is attended and notes are taken on a “keeper” form on which they record their learning insights, best practices, and action ideas. Then this group meets with Tim to debrief, either the evening before his presentation (preferred) or for an early breakfast the day he speaks. Then Tim incorporates learning from the entire conference as well as humor he creates just for your group. He also interviews a panel of successful industry leaders as an integral part of this power-packed closing session. If your group is ready for something very unique and way beyond “fluff,” together we can create a close that is totally participant-focused, fun, and high-energy. To further increase your return on investment, Tim has created an accountability follow-up system in which participants can receive an upbeat email every day for the first 21 days after the program. Each email includes both their personal action list and Tim’s take on goal achievement and follow-through. These accountability reminders can continue for one year at regular intervals.
